Main Responsibilities include: - Manage the consolidated revenue reporting for the Brazil Subsidiary (Revenue Controllership) including publication and presentation of results and insights using interactive Power BI for month-end, quarter-end and year-end close. - Deliver advanced predictive analytics using LPA, KPI analysis and inferential statistics used in partnership with Segment leadership to guide the revenue outlook (and Leadership actions) for the Brazil sub. - Drive efficiency and modernization in the Finance rhythm-of-the-business for the Brazil Leadership team through close partnership with Segment finance teams, Latam AHQ and WW SMSG Finance. - Engage and partner with Segment and Cloud Controllers as well as senior sales leadership to drive insights and alignment for Mid-Year Review, Quarterly Business s, and Budget reviews - Ensure Compliance is a Top of Mind for his/her Business partners and foster Standardization by leveraging RAS resources. Basic Qualifications: 10 -12+ years of financial experience (analysis, controllership, planning). Strong business analysis as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong executive presence. Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management, capability to guide, educate & influence the thinking of senior decision makers. Ability to handle a high degree of ambiguity, managing without direct authority, and fast paced change management Knowledge of MS Sales and Volume Licensing reporting strongly preferred. Effectively manage multiple projects at the same time, excellent attention to detail, and work effectively under deadline constraints.
